I have a problem not listed here

You experience a problem that is not described here nor in the Readme? You have searched our forum at http://www.cervenka.cz/forum/index.php and could still not find any solution? Please send us your model (.cc3, .cc2, or .gid, without results, ZIPped), the version you are using, your WR (ATENA user ID from the "About" dialog), and a description of the problem.

Please include the steps leading to it such that we can reproduce it. Including the OS version and the graphics card brand+type+driver version help us, too.
